U2. War ( Gatefold French Black Labels Release ) VG+VG

War stands as U2's third studio album and a defining moment in post-punk rock. Released in 1983, it captures the band at a pivotal creative peak, blending angular guitar work, introspective lyrics, and emerging production sophistication.

This edition features the complete tracklist across two sides, anchored by iconic singles "Sunday Bloody Sunday" and "New Year's Day." Steve Wickham's electric violin adds texture and urgency throughout, while The Edge's distinctive vocal contributions underscore the album's emotional range. The rhythm section drives forward with purpose, supporting Bono's increasingly confident vocal performance across themes of conflict, faith, and human connection.

A landmark record for collectors and newcomers alike — essential listening from one of rock's most influential bands.
