Johnny & Lillie Flynn. Beam Cottage Release Date 6th November

A rare collaboration between singer, musician and actor Johnny Flynn and his sister Lillie. Beam Cottage is Johnny's seventh studio album and follows the critically acclaimed The Moon Also Rises (2023), his partnership with author Robert Macfarlane that charted at #5 in the OCC Official Folk Chart.

This intimate collection weaves together music from their childhood with reimagined pieces from Johnny's extensive catalogue, performed live as a band over recent years. Opening with the new original 'The Music of the Spheres', the album features Lillie's songwriting debut 'Brockwell Park', a family lullaby penned by their father, reinterpretations of traditional songs, and thoughtful covers including Paul Simon's 'The Boy In The Bubble' and Hank Williams' 'Rambling Man'.

Produced by Charlie Andrew (Alt-J, Marika Hackman, London Grammar), lead single 'The Ghost Of O'Donahue'—a live favourite—showcases the acclaimed South African vocal harmony group The Joy.
