Gary Numan. Dead Son Rising ( Inkplosion Double Vinyl ) Release Date 20th November

Gary Numan's sixteenth solo studio album, Dead Son Rising (2011), stands as one of his strongest and most atmospheric works of the 21st century. Co-written and co-produced with long-time collaborator Ade Fenton, the record evolved from unreleased demos into something far more experimental—a heavy, dark, and deeply cinematic blend of industrial rock and electronic goth synth.

Powerful synth lines, distorted guitars, and claustrophobic production create comparisons to Nine Inch Nails, the band Numan famously influenced. Tracks like 'We Are The Lost' and the title track draw from a sci-fi fantasy novel Numan was writing at the time, whilst others explore personal themes of troubled relationships and emotional betrayal.

This 2LP reissue includes Dead Moon Falling, the companion remix album curated by Numan, featuring reimagined versions by Tim Burgess (Charlatans), Alec Empire (Atari Teenage Riot), Gazelle Twin, and Sonoio (NIN).
