British Birds. Silence Daedalus

British Birds are swooping back with Silence Daedalus, an album which lands everywhere from psych-tinged garage rock to shimmering alt-pop melancholy. 

Described by the band as “another happy/sad record, an extrospective exploration of life and death, the highs and lows, and the people we have known or wish we’d known” Silence Daedalus is nostalgic, at times theatrical, and deeply human.  Much like their previous releases, the album was recorded and mixed entirely in-house by frontman Bobby Mambo, lending it an intimate rawness that echoes throughout its twelve tracks.
Ahead of the release, British Birds will unveil three singles, two accompanying music videos, and will perform a BBC 6 Music live session for Marc Riley and Gideon Coe on the 21st April.
